Kakai Kuruvi

At the heart of the design is Bharathiyar’s timeless line, “காக்கை குருவி எங்கள் ஜாதி” — bringing the crow and sparrow together as part of the same world.

The artwork is drawn like a fragment from an old Tamil Nadu neighbourhood: imperfect, earthy and full of life. The front carries the words; the back opens up into the larger landscape — a place of birds, homes, plants and memories.
