How We Fulfill Orders
Every 1947AD product is made to order through our fulfillment partner Qikink, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Your order goes into production only after it is placed and confirmed. We do not hold pre-made inventory.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Coverage
We ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are shipped via Delhivery, FedEx, eKart, ECom Express, and India Speed Post. For pin codes not serviceable by standard couriers, orders are automatically routed through India Speed Post, which covers all prepaid pin codes across India.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment. No hidden charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
Need It Faster?
We offer a Rush Order option for time-sensitive deliveries:
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM on a business day are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM are dispatched the next business day
- Rush Order fee: ₹50 + 18% GST per item
- Rush Order ensures faster dispatch — it does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery to your location
Delivery Issues
Wrong address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undelivered orders: If the courier is unable to deliver your order for any reason, it will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Lost in transit: If your order is officially marked as lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
Delays
We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.
