Returns & Refunds

Every piece is made to order.

At 1947AD, each garment is printed and fulfilled only after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

When We Will Make It Right

We will initiate a full replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged product — item received with physical damage or defects
  • Print error — design is misprinted, faded, or misaligned
  • Wrong product received — incorrect size, colour, or design delivered

All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at 1947adofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and an unboxing video
  3. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  4. Approved requests will be replaced or refunded within 7–10 business days

Important: Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your claim if the cause of damage cannot be verified.

Colour Disclaimer

Our products are printed using DTG (Direct to Garment) CMYK printing. Slight colour variation between what you see on screen and the final printed product is normal and not a defect. If colour accuracy is critical, please reach out to us before ordering.

What We Don't Cover

  • Size exchanges due to incorrect selection
  • Colour variation due to screen or printing differences
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery
